Nebraska Innovation Campus (NIC) is creating spaces and culture that inspire. NIC is a research campus designed to facilitate new and in-depth partnerships between the University of Nebraska and private sector businesses. NIC is adjacent to the University of Nebraska–Lincoln (UNL) and strategically provides access to research faculty, facilities and students. At full build-out, NIC will be a 2.2-million square-foot campus with uniquely designed buildings and amenities that inspire creative activity and engagement, transforming ideas into global innovation. By connecting the talents of experts, companies and the university, NIC is creating a unique culture of innovation.
Nebraska Innovation Campus welcomes companies of all sizes, creating a culture filled with a mix of startups, medium sized companies and larger companies. NIC offers office space, wet/dry lab space, pilot plant space and greenhouse space for lease. If your vision for partnering with NIC goes beyond the physical spaces available in our current leasing options, we also offer sites on our footprint for companies looking to build.
Partnering with NIC gives your business a distinct advantage: seamless connections with university talent and the built-in resources and established culture to leverage those connections for innovation. Plus, with all the amenities and access available, your team is set up to thrive.
