Development plan to provide flexibility for future use at interchange
10 Mar 2017
YORK – A new development plan for property at the York interchange will allow for varying lots sizes and more flexibility for developers.
This particularly focuses on the area southwest of the convention center, on the strip of land that is currently owned by Kelly Holthus.
“This is different from the zoning process and we will make sure that the uses there will not be contrary to our ordinances, they will be consistent with the city’s comprehensive plan and the adjoining land uses will be in the best interest of the developer and the city,” York Public Works Director Mitch Doht explained to the city council.
The plan would allow a mix of uses.
