Award-winning Beltone staff continue tradition of service to Lincoln, Eastern Nebraska

Genuine hospitality keeps patients coming back to Beltone in Lincoln, NE.

“They come through the door and are greeted with a big smile,” said Todd Gutzmer, a Hearing Instrument Specialist.

Gutzmer has given individualized care to people from Lincoln, Beatrice, and surrounding cities in Eastern Nebraska. Beth Casey is also available to help patients, as the branch manager of the Beltone location at 1315 J Street in Auburn, NE. The specialized care benefits the overall experience for patients.

“We’re here to help,” she added. “If they’re coming through our door, they know what we are.”

Beltone, which is located at 3031 “O” Street, Suite 104, has won numerous reader’s choice awards throughout the region.

Patients are greeted by Sharon Teten, their Patient Care Coordinator.“ Just her voice and that way she cares about the patients, you can’t teach that to someone,” Gutzmer said of Teten. “They’ve either got it or they don’t!”
