Lincoln No. 3 on list of hard-working cities

A personal finance website has ranked Lincoln as the third-hardest-working city in the country for the second year in a row.
SmartAsset gave Lincoln high marks because 87 percent of people ages 16-64 are in the workforce and most people work year round.
What kept Lincoln from ranking higher was the fact that the average workweek is only about 37 hours.
