New Director for the Nebraska City Area EDC

The Nebraska City Area Economic Development Corporation has announced the appointment of Dan Mauk as the new Executive Director. Mauk was previously the president of the North Platte Area Chamber and Development and in a similar role in Norfolk for eight years. Mauk brings experience in housing development, workforce development, and as a SCORE small business counselor.
As a graduate of the Economic Development Institute at the University of Oklahoma, Mauk has the experience and the education necessary to be a valuable asset to the Nebraska City Area Economic Development Corporation. Mauk and his wife, Linda, are looking forward to becoming involved in the community.
