County unemployment rate extremely low

The unemployment rate in York County was extremely low in September, according to the Nebraska Department of Labor.
The unemployment rate here was only 2.2 percent.
The labor department says the labor force in York County was 6,949 people with 154 people considered to be unemployed.
The local rate was 2.5 percent in September, 2016. At that time, the labor department said there were 7,351 people in the county’s labor force and 186 were considered to be unemployed.
The unemployment rate in York County, in August, was 2.5 percent.
The state’s unemployment rate for September was 2.5 percent.
