SCC’s first learning center goes live in York

Judging by the number of people who attended the York Learning Center’s ribbon cutting and open house Tuesday morning, local interest in Southeast Community College’s new venture is very high.
SCC as well as city and county officials, Chamber of Commerce Diplomats and many others convened on the Holthus Convention Center where the first of six SCC Learning Centers is open for business … the business of providing affordable classes, both credit and non-credit, customized to fit the needs of York-area business and industry.
