SENCA programs highlight youth education and community action

April and May were busy months for Otoe County Southeast Nebraska Community Action Partnership Inc. staff, program participants and community supporters.
In May, Community Action Month was celebrated throughout all six SENCA counties. Each location hosted events promoting community action, in addition to recognizing SENCA’s 50th anniversary of providing programs and services to assist local and area economically challenged families achieve their goal of self-sufficiency.
