Council moves forward with wind turbine

On May 17, Matt Robinette of Bluestem spoke to the council. Robinette said the turbine, a GE product, will produce 1.7 megawatts of power.
City Administrator Bruce Smith said the city’s contract with Nebraska Public Power District allows Seward to buy two megawatts of power from renewable sources.
